Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. All fragrances sold by Zoi Perfumery are 100 percent authentic. We never sell imitations, copies, or grey-market imports. Our products come from authorized distributors and trusted suppliers.
Do you offer samples or discovery sets?
Yes. Select fragrances are available in sample or discovery kit formats. Availability may vary by brand.
How do I know if a fragrance is right for me?
We recommend reviewing each fragrance’s notes, scent family, and description. You may also try a sample when available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can modify or cancel an order before it has shipped.
Once a shipping label is generated, we cannot make changes.

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Transit time is usually 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
- International shipping is not available at the moment. Please check back again soon.
If an address is unavailable at checkout, we may not ship to that location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Can I update my shipping address?
Address changes can only be made before shipping. Please contact us immediately if you need help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for:
- Damaged items
- Defective atomizers
- Incorrect items received
We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or sprayed fragrances.

Restocking Fee
We do not typically charge a restocking fee for returns that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1 (Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items).
However, in rare cases where a non-qualifying return is approved as an exception to our policy, a restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price may be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers processing, inspection, and administrative costs.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send photos of the item and packaging so we can assist quickly.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, but only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
We do not offer exchanges for scent preference.

Fragrances can vary based on skin chemistry, environment, and application. This is completely normal and part of how perfume interacts with the body.
How should I store my perfumes?
For best results, store fragrances in a cool, dark place away from:
- Direct sunlight
- Heat
- Humidity
Do perfumes expire?
Fragrances can last several years when stored properly.
Citrus- and floral-heavy fragrances may evolve slightly over time.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest.
However, creating an account lets you track orders and save preferences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
