Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, check with neighbors or your carrier for assistance.

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify, all products must be unused and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns for opened fragrances, samples, discovery sets, or final sale items.

To request a return, contact us within 10 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of any damage. Once approved, we will provide next steps for replacement or refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
